The house has been fully redecorated and has a wonderful English feel to it inside. There are three good sized bedrooms, one of which has a south facing balcony and two bathrooms, as well as a guest WC. There is a seperate fully fitted modern kitchen.
The house benefits from an integral garage and cellar and has mains water, electricity and SAT TV as well as a telephone connection.
Outside is a west facing 10m x 8m swimming pool. The large garden has fruit trees and mature plants.
This house is very lettable and had a good season last year.

Brtonigla is in northern Istria, in the heart of one of Istria's most important wine producing areas. Just a few kilometers from the border, its special restaurants are popular with Italians, who come all year round. Brtonigla has a well known boutique hotel, San Rocco, with its own restaurant serving food to rival London, Paris or Milan. There is also the famous Astarea, one of the best fish restaurants in Istria, within walking distance.

Brtonigla is easily accessible from Pula airport, 50mins away, into which Ryanair (Stanstead), FlyGlobespan (Edinburgh), Norwegian Air Shuttle (Oslo), German Wings, Sterling, Wizzair, Tuifly, Thomsonfly and several Russian operators all fly during the summer and the same from Trieste into which Ryanair (Stanstead)fly all year round. Ryanair are also flying in to Trieste from Birmingham this year.
