Property in Montenegro

Montenegren property is extremely popular right now. For the capital of Montenegro, try property in Podgorica. However, if you want to see the most interesting sites for property in Montenegro, have a look at property in the Kotor Bay, or right in the bay. Going further down the coast we have Petrovac real-estate and property in charming Budva and Sveti Stefan. When you've done that, zoom out and get the whole picture with a view of rela-estate in the Western Balkans Region.

Property in Bulgaria

Alternatively, Bulgaria is a hot property area at the moment. Having recently joined the European Union, Bulgaria is still probably the cheapest property destination at present, with prices much lower than its other East European counterparts. It's certainly worth consulting with our Bulgarian property specialists to see what we can offer you.

You could look in the western Bulgarian region for real estate in western Bulgaria. Or perhaps go over the offers of property in the Central Balkans. While there, have a look at Veliko Tarnovo property. Veliko Tarnovo is the old capital of Bulgaria and is full of traditional architecture.

Nearby is Gabrovo, next to the ethnographic architectural reserve of Etara. Take a look at our Bulgarian property in gabrovo. However, you definitely want to check out the capital and look at property for sale in west Sofia and east Sofia to give you a more tempting prospect. But, in our opinion the most beautiful area of all is the Rhodopi mountains: Take a look at our Rhodopi property and then have a closer look at Momchilovtsi and Pamporovo the home of snowboarding and skiing resorts respectively.

Othewise have a look at the following areas which are all very interesting areas to invest: Lake batak ski property, the only ski resort in Bulgaria set at the end of a lake, suitable for all year round vacations. Kotel traditional Bulgarian property; a very beautiful area in the Central Balkan Mountains. View property in Koprivshtitsa, also in the Central Balkan range Koprivshtitsa was pivotal in Bulgaria's turbulent history. Iskar lake property is near Sofia, providing access to the capital in 20 minutes.

Property in Croatia

Property in Croatia is more expensive than in Bulgaria, but the coastline in Croatia is said to be more attractive. Have a look for example at the real-estate offers in North West Croatia. In that region you will find the island of Cres has some interesting properties. But just above it is the whole of Istria and the houses in Pula.

Go South, though and you will find the popular Dubrovnik is where many properties can be found.

Property in Serbia

Going inland now, Serbia is a country at the centre of the Balkans. Serbian Property is extremely liquid - especially in the capital of Belgrade where property is becoming more sought after, especially in the old town.
