Montenegren property is extremely popular right now. For the capital of Montenegro, try property in Podgorica. However, if you want to see the most interesting sites for property in Montenegro, have a look at property in the Kotor Bay, or right in the bay. Going further down the coast we have Petrovac real-estate and property in charming Budva and Sveti Stefan. When you've done that, zoom out and get the whole picture with a view of rela-estate in the Western Balkans Region.

Property in Bulgaria

Alternatively, Bulgaria is a hot property area at the moment. Having recently joined the European Union, Bulgaria is still probably the cheapest property destination at present, with prices much lower than its other East European counterparts. You could look in the western Bulgarian region for real estate in western Bulgaria. Or perhaps go over the offers of property in the Central Balkans. While there, have a look at Veliko Tarnovo property. Veliko Tarnovo is the old capital of Bulgaria and is full of traditional architecture.

Go South, though and you will find the popular Dubrovnik is where many properties can be found.

Property in Serbia

Going inland now, Serbia is a country at the centre of the Balkans. Serbian Property is extremely liquid - especially in the capital of Belgrade where property is becoming more sought after, especially in the old town.
